FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

NEW DIMENSION WIRELESS TEAMS UP WITH INMARSAT TO BECOME THE FIRST WIRELESS ROAMING PARTNER IN THE AMERICAS AND CARIBBEAN

Partnership with Inmarsat will bring seamless and reliable worldwide coverage
to New Dimension Wireless customers.

Washington, D.C. – March 16, 2015. New Dimension Wireless Ltd, (NDW) today announced a wireless roaming partnership with Inmarsat covering the Americas and the Caribbean, which will deliver seamless, reliable global coverage via Inmarsat’s award-winning mobile satellite communications network.
Through the new partnership, NDW customers can access Inmarsat’s satellite network in areas with little or no GSM coverage, simply by inserting their NDW SIM card into an Inmarsat satellite phone (IsatPhone Pro or IsatPhone 2) or an IsatHub capable terminal (iSavi).

The agreement is a first for Inmarsat in the Americas and the Caribbean, offering satcom voice and data connectivity to terrestrial cellphone users.

NDW SIM cards are currently available through the company’s first US distributor, Miami Film Connection, Inc.

Anthony Harper, President, New Dimension Wireless, said: “By teaming up with Inmarsat, we have become the first network in the Americas and Caribbean to offer our customers access to satellite networks, which is a great addition to our service portfolio. This partnership could open routes to new markets in the future, such as the M2M market, and we are well-positioned to capitalize on this. We are very excited by the opportunities this presents and look forward to further developing our relationship with Inmarsat.”

Carlos Lopez, President, Miami Film Connection, Inc., added: “Being able to use NDW SIM cards in the IsatPhone handsets and for Inmarsat’s smart device connectivity service, IsatHub, is a huge leap forward in voice and data communications, and this creates an excellent opportunity for us. The ability to access satellite networks via a standard NDW SIM card is hugely beneficial to customers who live or work in locations without GSM coverage and we are pleased to be NDW’s first distributor in the US.”

James Tucker, Vice President, Strategic Sales, Inmarsat Enterprise, added: “Our IsatPhone and IsatHub services provide global voice and data connectivity, even in the world’s remotest locations. Inmarsat has been a leader in mobile satellite communications for over 35 years and our connectivity services are famed for their reliability and ease of use. We are delighted that NDW customers in the Americas are now able to seamlessly connect to these services, when out of reach of a terrestrial network. Our partnership with NDW should enable us to grow the end-user base for IsatPhone and IsatHub in this region and we look forward to building our relationship with NDW in the future.”
